[SHARING - BEST times to drink WATER]




Some of you might have already known about this & certainly have already put this into your daily routine practice.

But for some who still do not know, you might want to start practising it today (~same goes to me :D~)
It's never to late to start doing something good, especially for your precious HEALTH.


(1) Before going to BED

One glass of water is enough to help avoid us from getting HEART ATTACK & STROKE.

(2) After waking up

This will help to activate our INTERNAL ORGANS.

This will assist in our BLOOD CIRCULATION & to lower our blood pressure.

This is vitally important for our DIGESTION.
